Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Unadmin, an AI back office for small businesses operated from the United Kingdom. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you are using Unadmin on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business. Contact: hello@unadmin.co.uk.

1. Beta service

Unadmin is currently an invite-gated beta. Access is by invitation, features may change, and occasional interruptions are possible. We will tell you before any change that materially reduces what your plan includes.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the people you invite into your workspace. You must be at least 18 and use the service for lawful business purposes.

3. Approval-first operation

Unadmin prepares drafts and surfaces signals; outbound actions (sending an email, posting content) happen only after a person with authority in your workspace approves them. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before approving them — the final word is always yours.

4. Connected sources

When you connect a source (mailbox, accounting platform, business profile), you confirm you are entitled to grant that access. You can disconnect a source at any time, which stops further access. Use of data received from Google APIs is governed by the Limited Use disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

5. Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans include monthly credits with daily caps as described on the pricing page. Credits are pre-paid; we never bill overage in arrears. When credits run out, non-urgent work pauses until you top up, upgrade, or the month resets. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. During the beta, any founding cohort pricing we agree with you in writing takes precedence over the public pricing page.

6. Your content

You own your business content and anything Unadmin drafts for you. You give us the limited licence needed to operate the service — to read connected sources, prepare drafts, and store your configuration. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer content to train general-purpose AI models.

7. Acceptable use

8. Disclaimers

Drafts are AI-assisted suggestions and may contain mistakes. You must review pricing, legal claims, and commitments before approving anything. The service is provided "as is" during the beta, and we exclude implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data beyond our backup obligations.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace at any time. We can suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On closure, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including export on request.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
